When submitting credentials, candidates should complete our Employment Application and submit a letter of interest, resume, brief statement of educational philosophy and practice, and list of references (including contact information and relationship to candidate). Completed applications should be attached to an email to jacob.horne@bcsav.net. Benedictine's hiring cycle normally begins in January and concludes when available positions are filled.

Ideal faculty candidates will have excellent communication skills; have enthusiasm, creativity and passion for the subject they teach; model the high standards of professionalism they expect their students to develop; and care for, challenge, and support the students with whom they work. A willingness to enthusiastically participate in various aspects of school life is essential.

  • Mathematics teacher

    Benedictine Military School (BC) seeks a committed, experienced and energetic, full-time teacher of Mathematics for grades 9-12 for the 2022-2023 academic year.  We are a Catholic, all-male, day school with strong traditions, deep roots in Savannah, and a robust JROTC program.  Responsibilities of this position include teaching 5-6 sections of Mathematics; collaborating with colleagues to create a positive, challenging, and productive classroom atmosphere that reflects our mission; providing individual and/or small group tutorials as required and designated by our schedule; and, leading or assisting one or more of the many co-curricular activities within our school program.
  • Science teacher
