We hope this email finds you and your family well.  It is with great joy that I write you this email. Receiving the BC ring is such an important milestone in a cadet's tenure that we knew we would have to think of a unique way to proceed.

 

As mentioned in an earlier email, Ring Day will be on Friday, May 8th.  Obviously, due to government regulations, we will have to make this an individual family experience.  This experience includes the cadet, immediate family, and the presenter to stay within government regulations for public gatherings.  Please click the PDF here (2019-20 Ring Day Appointments.pdf) to find your appointment.  We ask that you please plan to arrive 10 minutes early so that we can stay on schedule as everything is built with the assumption of being ready to move efficiently from family to family and to stay on schedule.  We have built in an hour on the back end, from 5:00-6:00PM in case you are not able to attend during your designated time.  If you know you cannot make your appointed time, please let me know.  We look forward to seeing you there.
