The Benedictine Military School Rifle Team dropped to 4-3 on the season following a close loss at St. Vincent’s Academy, 1106 – 1100. Qualifying shooters for BC were Logan Price (288), Cooper Winters (277), Briggs Garletts (269), and Matthew Taylor (266). The Cadets will look to get back in the win column with their next match at Groves High School on Wednesday.

The Benedictine Military School Rifle Team lost to Ware Co, 1155 – 1102, and dropped to 4-2 on the season. Ware County is a perennial powerhouse team and their 40-lane, world class shooting complex is the venue for the GHSA State Riflery Tournament both this year and last year. For the Cadets, Junior Logan Price continued his outstanding season shooting a 284 to lead the team. Briggs Garletts (275), Cooper Winters (273), and Matthew Taylor (270) rounded out the qualifying scorers for BC. Freshman Austin Quasha continued to make positive strides, shooting his personal best score of 235. The Cadets will travel to St. Vincent’s Academy next Tuesday, 3 Feb, for their next match.

The Cadets were led by junior Logan Price who tied his personal record score of 289. Other qualifying shooters for BC were senior team captain Cooper Winters (275), Matthew Taylor (273), and Briggs Garletts (259). Freshman Austin Quasha also shot his personal best score of 227. On Wednesday, the Cadets will travel to Ware County for their next match.
The Benedictine Military School Rifle Team improved to 4-0 on the season with a strong win over visiting Southeast Bulloch HS, 1111-936. Senior Captain Cooper Winters led the Cadets with a 282, followed closely by Logan Price with a 281. Freshman Briggs Garletts continued to impress with his personal best score of 275, and Matthew Taylor rounded out BC’s qualifying shooters with a 273. The Cadets will host Savannah HS for their next match on Wednesday at 5pm.

Other qualifying shooters for BC were Cooper Winters (277), Sebastian Balmes (265), and Briggs Garletts (263). Freshman Austin Quasha continued to make big improvements, shooting his personal best of score of 223. For their next match, the Cadets will host Southeast Bulloch HS on Tuesday, 20 January.

Senior Team Captain Cooper Winters led the Cadets with his personal best score of 284. The other qualifying shooters for BC were junior Logan Price (274), freshman Briggs Garletts (272), and junior Matthew Taylor (272). With his qualifying score, Briggs Garletts lettered in just his second official match. The Cadets are scheduled to host Savannah High School for their next match on Tuesday, 13 January.
The Benedictine Military School Rifle Team opened their season with a strong win against visiting Windsor Forest High School, 1102 – 1066. The Cadets were led by junior Logan Price who shot a personal record 285. Team Captain Cooper Winters shot a 280, and sophomore Sebastian Balmes shot an impressive 269 in his first official match – earning him a varsity letter. Junior Matthew Taylor rounded out the qualifying shooters for BC with a 268. A shout out to freshman Briggs Garletts, who shot a 265 in his first match, and just missed being a qualifying shooter for the match. The Cadets will travel to Glynn Academy on Thursday for their next match.
