Benedictine Military School’s Drill and Color Guard teams had a dominant outing at their Drill Competition at Long County High School on Saturday. The Squad Unarmed teams, led by Cadet Major Benji Lockwood, and Cadet SFC Nash Riker, finished in first and
second place, respectively, while the Squad Armed teams led by Cadet LTC Gavin Medina and Cadet SFC William Hernandez placed first and fifth, respectively. Rounding out the drill category was the Platoon Unarmed team, led by Cadet CSM Liam Clark, which placed first. In the Color Guard event, the B Team, led by Cadet SFC Stephen Diamond, finished in first place, while the A Team, led by Cadet CSM Liam Clark, finished third. The teams will next compete at the Regional Meet at Ware County on March 8.
