  Wrestlers Headed to GHSA State Championships

  Five wrestlers from Benedictine have qualified for the Georgia High School Association (GHSA) Traditional Wrestling State Championships in Class AAAA after their performances at the sectional tournament. Under the GHSA format, the top eight finishers in each weight class advance to the state tournament, while ninth-place finishers qualify as alternates.

  The state championships will be held February 13 &14 at the Clayton County Convocation Center, located at 1300 Southlake Circle in Morrow.

  Representing the Cadets at state will be AJ West (138 lbs., 3rd place), Aiden Simmons (126 lbs., 4th), Peter Fallon (157 lbs., 6th), Walker Minnich (144 lbs., 6th), and Wallace Glover (113 lbs., 7th). Alternates are Jackson Call (120 lbs.) and Michael Adams (132 lbs.). Congratulations to all and go Cadets!

  Wrestling Senior Night Success

  Congratulations to Benedictine Military School’s wrestling team, which defeated Jenkins, 56-18, and beat Calvary Day, 69-16, during BC’s Senior Night on Wednesday! Against Jenkins, BC’s Madden Horne, Jackson Call, Aiden Simmons, Walker Minnich, AJ West, Stephen Sauers, and Jaedyn Collins all won by pin. Against Calvary Day, BC senior Peter Fallon won by pin.

  Congratulations to Benedictine Military School’s varsity wrestling team, which placed fourth out of 20 teams at the JCS Memorial Tournament at Bridges Preparatory School last Saturday!
